1. General Shipping Information
Puma Racing ships exclusively within Greece and the European Union.
We currently offer Standard Shipping only, with Free Shipping on all orders within the EU.
All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation via Viber, WhatsApp, Email or SMS (depending on customer preference).
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Greece (Domestic Shipping)
- Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Delivery times may vary for remote areas or islands.
• European Union (International EU Shipping)
- Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days
- Time varies depending on destination country, customs workload, and the local courier’s efficiency.
These are estimated transit times and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Free Shipping Conditions
Puma Racing provides free standard shipping for all EU orders.
However, the company reserves the right to request additional shipping fees in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Oversized or unusually heavy items
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations where carriers impose surcharges
Customers will be informed before dispatch if additional costs apply, and may cancel the order before shipment if they do not accept the charge.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders undergo:
- Quality control
- Verification of payment
- Appropriate packaging to protect auto parts (brake kits, calipers, coils, etc.)
Orders placed after 14:00 EET may be processed the following business day.
We do not ship or process orders on weekends or Greek national holidays.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Customer not available
- Unclaimed parcel from pick-up point
…the package may be returned to Puma Racing.
If this occurs, reshipping costs may apply, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, you must notify customer support within 48 hours via:
- Viber
- Phone call
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos for investigation and carrier claims.
Puma Racing will replace or resend the item depending on stock availability.
7. Customs & VAT (For EU Countries)
All orders shipped within the EU include VAT according to Greek and EU regulations.
No additional import duties are required within the European Union.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be extended due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Strikes
- Holidays
- High seasonal demand
- Customs inspection within EU borders (rare)
Puma Racing cannot be held responsible for delays outside its control but will assist customers in tracking and resolving issues.
