2.1 Standard Puma Racing Warranty (3 Years – Calipers Only)

Puma Racing provides a 3-year limited warranty exclusively for Puma Racing-branded brake calipers.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects
  • Manufacturing faults
  • Material imperfections

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect handling
  • Accidents or collisions
  • Use outside recommended specifications
  • Damage caused by environmental conditions
  • Wear-and-tear items (pads, discs, seals, etc.)

2.2 Warranty for Third-Party / Resold Products

For products from other manufacturers sold through our store:

  • Puma Racing does not provide any additional warranty.
  • Warranty terms follow the original manufacturer’s policy.
  • Puma Racing acts solely as a retailer and facilitates guidance but does not guarantee third-party warranty outcomes.

3. Mandatory Professional Installation Requirement

To maintain eligibility for any warranty claim, every product must be installed solely by a certified professional mechanic.

3.1 Proof Required

Customers must provide:

  1. Official installation invoice, stamped and signed, clearly listing:
    • Product name
    • Vehicle model
    • Installation date
    • Mechanic/garage details
  2. Photos or video evidence if requested by our team.

Without these documents, the warranty is automatically void.

3.2 Incorrect Installation Disclaimer

If, during inspection, the damage is found to be caused by:

  • Non-professional installation
  • Incorrect torque application
  • Improper brake bleeding
  • Wrong fluid types
  • Misalignment
  • Any modification during installation

The warranty will be denied, and no compensation or replacement will be issued.

This protects both the customer and the manufacturer from unsafe use or improper handling.

4. Claim Procedure

All warranty claims must follow these steps:

  • Motorsport-grade parts may require frequent inspection and maintenance.
  • Puma Racing assumes no responsibility for damages caused by improper driving behavior or failure to maintain the product.

7. Liability Limitation

Puma Racing is not liable for:

  • Labour costs related to installation or removal
  • Vehicle damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Loss of vehicle use
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Personal injuries resulting from misuse or improper installation

Our liability is limited strictly to either:

  • Replacement of the faulty item, or
  • Store credit equivalent to the purchase value (excluding shipping fees, unless refunded)

No cash refunds will be issued under warranty circumstances.
